Jeannine joined Group Insurance Services of Fort Wayne, Inc. in 1998, making her our most “seasoned” employee. She oversees the daily customer service activities for a large portion of our group clients. Jeannine has been praised time and again for her commitment to quality service and customer care.
Jeannine specializes in the following:
- Processing new employee enrollments, terminations and changes for our group clients
- Assisting with employer/employee questions regarding their medical, dental, disability and life insurance policies, and assisting with claim or billing issues
- Processing Aflac claims as needed and assisting with questions
- Assisting and following up with group submission and FormFire as needed
